A passenger on Royal Caribbean's new Star of the Seas ship fell off a pier while the boat was docked in the Bahamas on Thursday, Aug. 14. The incident triggered the ship's 'Code Oscar,' man overboard alarm, before crew members rescued the the passenger via jet ski.
