Drake Bell took steps to finalize his divorce from Janet Von Schmeling with a new filing in Seminole County, Fla., on Aug. 14. The star's manager told PEOPLE that the filing is part of a legal process that began in 2023, when Von Schmeling filed for divorce in Los Angeles County.
