Convicted murderer Julian Brooks Deloach went missing at the Clayton County Jail in Jonesboro, Ga., in April, sending the jail into lockdown as officials searched for him. The next morning, after about 12 hours, Deloach was found in a holding cell in the courthouse attached to the jail.
