An Alabama police officer was arrested at a Disney resort on June 3 and charged with a felony in connection with a kidnapping that took place in May. David Cunningham, 22, allegedly handcuffed a man at a house party in Mississippi and put him in his squad car — despite having no official authority outside of his home jurisdiction.
