Robert Creter was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Wednesday, July 23, for the aggravated manslaughter of New Jersey woman Tamara Tignor in 1997. Creter took a plea deal and confessed to "manually strangling Ms. Tignor with his bare hands, causing her death."
