Ghislaine Maxwell said she doesn't believe Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide, but rather as the result of an 'internal situation' in prison, during an interview with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. Maxwell, one of Epstein's closest confidantes, was convicted on child sex trafficking charges and sentenced to 20 years.
