While on tour in Kansas City, on Tuesday, Aug. 26, Lil Wayne stopped his concert to congratulate Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce on their engagement. The congratulations comes seven months after the rapper publicly criticized Kelce's team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
