Clayton Echard is making new allegations about Laura Owens, the woman who falsely claimed he fathered her unborn twins during a one-night stand. Echard, who won a paternity lawsuit against Owens in June 2024, alleged in an interview with 'Inside Edition' that he wasn't Owens' first victim.
