A party in California turned deadly after a shooting broke out on Halloween night, killing one person and injuring another. Deputies were called to a home in the Newhall neighborhood of Santa Clarita on Oct. 31 at around 11:15 p.m. local time after receiving a report of a gunshot. One man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 27-year-old man was taken to a hospital in 'critical' condition.
