An 18-year-old Cal State Fullerton student drowned after going swimming in Lake Havasu during a trip with his fraternity brothers on Saturday, May 17, according to multiple reports. Sigma Pi fraternity said in a Facebook post that Simon T. Daniel and other students were unaware that ‘heavy rains’ had created ‘hazardous conditions.’
